Menu Plan Monday & Goals
I went to the grocery Saturday and thanks to several things I already have on hand, I was able to stay under $60 on groceries this week.
I finished week 1 of the couch to 5k program, and I also did one 30 minute workout on the elliptical Saturday. The scale is back up a pound this morning, but hopefully that is just water. We will check with the doctor today on whether I can continue my couch to 5k program, if I need to take a week off, or just walk.
Here's the menu for the week:
Monday: Pizza and leftover chili
Tuesday: Baked Spaghetti
Wednesday: Baked Penne
Thursday: Dinner/Date night out to Logan's
Friday: Chicken or Cheese Quesadillas
Goals for the week:
Still haven't cleaned and organized the fridge/freezer...maybe this week.
90 minutes of walking or jogging if doctor allows
Find 10 items to throw away or donate in the living room.
